I recently stayed at this hotel for an official trip and I must say that I had a very pleasant experience. The room I was allocated was on the 2nd floor and it was big, neat, and clean. The bathroom also impressed me with its cleanliness, clean towels, and basic toiletries. The bed was comfortable with clean linens, ensuring a good night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised to find a big LED TV in my room, which is not always the case in other hotels. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the hotel staff was courteous and always greeted me with a friendly smile. Raghav, in particular, was very helpful in arranging a cab for my airport transfer, making my overall stay comfortable. Another highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast that included a variety of North and South Indian as well as English breakfast items.

All in all, I found my stay at this hotel to be satisfactory and my only minor complaint would be that the hotel could improve on its seating arrangements for guests.
